Company Meetup, Piemonte 2024

Float

Role

Visual Designer

Float's 2024 company meetup brought together teammates from around the world for a week of presentations, workshops, shared meals, and creative sessions in Piemonte, Italy. I led the complete visual identity for the event, designing a system that could scale across physical and digital touchpoints while still feeling warm, personal, and rooted in the place.

One system, dozens of touchpoints

The challenge was scale. The identity needed to live across keynote presentations, environmental signage, printed materials, apparel, icons, and digital assets, all produced in parallel under event timelines. I built the system with flexibility as a core constraint: a defined palette, a set of illustration principles, and typographic rules that could be applied consistently by anyone touching the project.

More than decoration

More than decoration

When branding works at an event like this, it disappears into the experience. People don't notice the system, they just feel like everything belongs together. That was the goal: not to make something that looked designed, but to make teammates from twelve different countries feel like they were sharing the same moment. By the end of the week, the visual language had become part of how people talked about the trip.

The response from the team said it all. Teammates still wear all of the swar and send photos from around the world. When a brand lives beyond the event that created it, you know it connected.
